Over the past few years, I've photographed many interiors using a light painting method by taking many photographs lighting small portions of the image one at a time. Last year a friend in Wisconsin started doing this same thing with small products and cars, i loved the idea, but wanted my own creative twist to it. As with the interiors, I have special lights I use to photograph different areas of the scene and car, knowing which angle, length of time and distance to 'paint' each area. While painting the car, I am envisioning the final creative art piece that the owner will proudly display in his/her man cave or shop, what a brag piece of art!!
The above Lamborgini was a fun session photographed in an underground garage in Fayetteville, that I had no idea about. The photo shoots are all done at night, the photography portion takes about two hours and about 6 hours to assemble all the images, blending them to natural perfection with detail.
