This year's Tyson SalesCon23 was another great event. This years event's theme was Winning on Purpose with a Jordan sports theme, specifically with the footwear of the speakers. The first day ended with a celebration at Top Golf for associates with a special party for the new hire associates. Wednesday ended with a talk from John Tyson along with Q&A and dinner afterwards. Thursday featured a banquet with fun entertainment from some of the favorite movies we all know and love.
While photographing the general sessions, I get the chance to hear the speakers. These are speakers like CEO Donnie King, Chairman of the Board John Tyson and CCO Jason Nickol to name a few. Their words of motivation and instruction for the ideals and basis of Tyson and how they appreciate and interact with their clients. While this is a global corporation, the principles can be applicable to a small business such as mine.
Ryan Leak was an incredible keynote speaker.
It's no news that many Tyson associates are moving into NW Arkansas. It was very obvious, photographing over 350 headshots in 8 hours, that is a new record. Thousands of images were delivered from the general sessions meetings. As always, it was a pleasure photographing the event, everyone is always super nice to work with and photograph.
